Returns & Exchange

A. Generally, the Return and Exchange policy of the Seller will be displayed on the Product page. This shall be the applicable guidelines to follow.

B. Food orders, perishable products and/or under garments are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

C. For paid Bookings/Reservations made under Hotel category, “No Show” is strictly non-refundable.

D. Change of Mind is NOT a valid reason for Return Product.

E. Buyer is required to ensure the correctness of the Product ordered and the Seller will ship according to the Order details as submitted by the Buyer.

F. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure the correct and intended size and/or measurement, colour, design, variation of the Product before making Purchase or payment.

If the Seller ships the Product and it falls under any of the reasons outlined below, the Buyer may raise a Return Product request with the Seller within 3 days of receiving the Product.

 

E. DIRECT DEAL METHOD

If Buyer is dealing direct with the Seller independently, Buyer should ask clearly, understand and agree to the Return and Exchange Policy between them. It is the responsibility of both parties to honor such agreement.

Bizskit Ecommerce Technologies PLT, the Company, Site and/or Service is not party to the transaction and thus will not be responsible and/or liable to any party in whatever manner and/or form, howsoever caused and/or resulted.

 

F. PURCHASE MADE USING BIZSKIT PLATFORM

F.1.1. If the Purchase is made using the platform and payment is made to Bizskit Ecommerce Technologies PLT to effect the Order, then the Purchaser may send in a Return Product request to the Seller within 3 days of receiving the Product. The contact details of the Seller will be displayed on the Product Page.

F.1.2. The Purchaser should get in touch with the Seller to discuss on the Return process. The cost of Return Product shipping will be borne by Purchaser.

F.1.3. The below are the reasons for consideration of Return Product:

a) Product not working or Defective Product

b) Not as advertised

c) Wrong item delivered

d) Missing accessories

e) Wrong size delivered that is different from the size Ordered

f) Wrong colour delivered that is different from the colour Ordered. Please note that there could be slight variations in colour based on device, monitor and/or browsers used.

 

G. The Purchaser must ensure that the Product is:

G.a) Unused

G.b) Unwashed

G.c) Product tags and/or label is still attached

G.d) In its original packaging

 

H. If for any reason the Product returned to Seller is not in its original condition and as outlined in Point G above, the Seller is under no obligation to make an exchange.

I. Where Bizskit Ecommerce Technologies PLT, the Company, Site and/or Service is not party to any of the transaction process and/or aware of any transaction taking place, including but not limited to payment/consideration exchange and/or other processes, then the Company, Site and/or Service will not be responsible and/or liable to any party in whatever manner and/or form, howsoever caused and/or resulted.

J. Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions and Policies by posting the updated terms on this Site without any need for prior notice. Your continued use of this Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
